Join us for our second ADULT ART NIGHT on THURSDAY FEB 9, 5:30-7pm! Instruction will begin at 6pm, this will give you time to grab a drink, order pizza and get settled in to your art space before we begin.

This exclusive popup event will be run by our friends over at @commonrootsstudio, and limited to 20 seats, so book your spot(s) ASAP! The uber talented + nicest guy alive, Nick Blunier, will guide the group through creating unique animal portraits using an assortment of bold colors + geometric paint swatches.

Common Roots Studio is both a community art studio located in Biddeford, ME and a mobile art bus intended to transport art supplies and “unfold” at local events to provide an arts immersive experience for youth and families. @commonrootsstudio relies on local businesses like ours hiring them for events like this, as well as donations and investors to fund this interactive arts experience. All money raised goes towards covering the costs of their bus and all the art supplies.

So regardless of your artistic abilities, this class is a super fun way to incorporate a multitude of media into found art and to support this stellar non-profit, community-driven group. Unlike some sip and paint style classes, Common Roots will provide all the supplies, some guidelines and parameters, but they will let your creativity flow so you can take your project in any direction your heart desires! This is ART after all and that’s what this experience is all about!!!
